Successful delivery of a project can seem more complex than a jumbo jet taking flight. To get all 6 million parts of a 178 tonne Boeing 747 in the air doesn't just take Newton's law - it requires a long runway, significant speed and sustainable thrust, not to mention pilots to steer and control, 65,000 gallons of fuel, 16 landing gear tyres and support systems such as radar, satellite and air traffic control. Without these elements the 747 won't get far through its 14,000 mile flight plan - it will undoubtedly crash.
Effective project management does not happen by accident either. Essential elements are time, planning and resources to execute and without the proper focus on them your ideas, projects or new developments won't get off the ground.
Building a European Ultra High Net Worth Business
In 2010 Anchura Partners helped an investment banking client to build an integrated Ultra High Net Worth business in Europe with potential to generate over $300m in revenue. Despite seemingly insurmountable challenges including lack of an existing UHNW business, limited understanding of conflicts or co-ordination of coverage and no client planning in place, within 3 months Anchura Partners provided skilled resources who delivered the key elements to enable the new function to take flight. The team created a new UHNW unit, with distinct coverage and client planning functions plus a middle office, a mandate to operate exclusively with UHNW clients across the bank and incentive structures to optimise group collaboration. Anchura Partners also identified and recruited the resources - experienced bankers 'accredited' to work with UHNW clients and a solutions team focused on executing and originating deals. Anchura Partners built the robust support systems for continued flight including processes for on boarding, booking, reporting and regulatory compliance with a dedicated team ensuring the highest levels of service and speed.
Let Anchura Partners help prevent your ideas from crashing or your project turning out of fuel halfway through its journey. We can maintain the drive and impetus by providing you with additional bandwidth - the experienced resources you need to get the job done. Remember, you can't build the plane while you're trying to fly it.
